How can I use SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance on the new laptop to which the files have been transferred, when the old laptop cannot be used to de-activate it there?

I used SDL Trados Freelance 2007 happily on my mainframe computer for years. I had  to purchase SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance for use for a particular project on a laptop. I never had time to master it fully, and have not used it much, being semi-retired. Recently I had two computer disasters. One was to the laptop screen, meaning that I could not access the contents, although they were capable of transfer by the repair shop to a new laptop. I ALSO lost the bilingual Word files recording my most recent translations.  I can no longer access the Trados 2019 version because it has been transferred to a new machine, and,  although I still have the older version of Trados on the mainframe,  I no longer  have the necessary files to align to recreate the memory for an upcomng annual task. I would be very grateful for some help.

If and when I have Trados 2019 up and running again, I hope I can turn to this group again for help in masterng the many differences from Trados 2007 which have so far prevented my getting the best out of it.
