Hi, I have Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus, including extra activation. However, this morning one of the 2 licenses appears deactivated despite not having taken any action, and is no longer available in my Account. Could you kindly help me?
Giulia De Rosa I have observed that both activations are currently in use, so I will proceed to open a case to reset one of the activations.
