I have had activating license issues ever since I started to use a new notebook and haven't used Trados Studio 2021 since then.
I followed all the instructions from the link https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0040006 and https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039784
However, I could not insert the locking code into the "installation ID" field in the dialogue box, as the field was not activated.
Could you help with this?
I used the three-time "resetting limit" all up and have no idea what to do.
