I use SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus, I have tried deactivating it online, but I got the error message 210202   lock info is not matching.  (I checked the license data in my account and my SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus, which is matching.) Then clicked on the OK button, after that, another message pops up, saying "The product license has been deactivated and Trasos Studio will now exit..."  But the deactivation must be incorrect, because Trados works normally on the current computer, and I cannot start it on the new one.  I have activated and deactivated my Trados in the past, but never experienced this difficulty. Could you help me please? (If you could please explain it at a level that an absolute programming illiterate could understand)
