I just uninstalled Studio 2019 and would like to activate my license on Studio 2022. I tried both the online and offline activation, and both failed. Please let me know what to do. Thanks, Chiara

You can`t activate the 2019 license in Studio 2022. In order to have the 2022 license available in your SDL account you need to upgrade the license from 2019 to 2022 following the steps from this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001319
For Freelance licenses like yours it is not necessary to deactivate Studio 2019 before processing the upgrade.
Then you can activate the newly generated 2022 license.
