We are an LSP and would like the ability to temporarily activate and deactivate Trados Freelance Studio for occasional translators who don't have Trados license,. so that we have the control on activating/deactivating and not the freelance.

Our expericnce with Studio 2014 is that we are no longer able to control the reset of the license, the activate/deactivate no longer work, and we depend on the goodwill of the freelancer to deactivate offline and release the license.

Please suggest the best solution we can purchase to achieve this requirement.
