My windows crashed and I had to install windows 11(1) and delete Windows 11 as it was not working. Unfortunately, Trados 2011 has now gone too. I need to re-install it but I was not able to return the licence. Could you help me please?

Hello ELVANA MOORE
Studio 2011 is no longer supported at all and this includes licensing. So if you lose the ability to use the license you already have on your computer then you won't be able to reset it any more... moving to a new computer will not be possible.
