Desactivation of license failed before upgrade from 2021 to 2022

Hi,

When trying to update from Trados Studio 2021 to 2022, desactivation of one of our Trados Studio 2021 licenses failed (both from the software and offline - error message "Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded").

Could you please help? You already helped us with the same product last week. This case relates to another license/upgrade.
