Hi,
It is not possible to activate my Trados 2022 Professional plus license. When trying the message reads: "Coud not activate license. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code."
Background: End of 2022 I bought an upgrade from 2017 Freelance Plus to 2022 Freelance Plus. A few weeks ago I wanted to finally use the upgrade on two new computers. I installed version 2022 on both coumperts and tried to activate them via the internet. At first, no license upgrade was possible. Then, the next morning there was a new license code, so obviously the upgrade was done. However, it seemed awkward to me that the old version 2017 was nowhere to be seen anymore.
And what's more important: I cannot activate this license.
What can I do?
