Hi, I want to deactivate my Trados Studio 2017 license. It was activated on an old computer which I cannot access anymore and my license was never deactivated on it. Now I would like to reset or deactivate it so I can download a licensed version on my new computer. Neither resetting, nor deactivation seem to work for me. Please help. Thanks!
