Activating and deactivating my SDL TRADOS Studio Freelance Plus 2022 license

Hi, there.

I have been trying to deactivate my license installed on two computers but could not do it. I keep on getting a strange error message whose error ID is 125 as shown below:

After clicking on "Yes," no connection settings are open at all and the license continues to be activated. So, I just click on "Ok" to close the Trados Studio 2022 SR2 Product Activation dialog box and, amazingly, I get this message stating "The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product:

Information message in Trados Studio stating 'The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product.' with an OK button.

Once I click on "Ok," Trados indeed exits. The weird thing is that, when I try to open Trados again, I am not requested to re-activate the product because it is still activated.

I really need help with this because I am trying to uininstall one of the two licenses from a "virtual machine" (virtual computer) created via VM VirtualBox. This virtual machine is no longer working. There is an issue with the PIN created for it, so I am not being able to access it.

I really appreciate in advance any ideas to enlighten me on this.
