Studio 2017 Reset license and activation issues

I have a license for Studio 2017 which I want to move to my new machine. I appear to have 1 main license and a space license. I was able to deactive/reset the license for the "spare" license, but in my account overview it is still showing as "0" licenses available. My main activation is in use, but I am not using it on any other machine, so this must have been a old activation that was never deactivated or reset.

I need help resetting all my licenses and activating the copy that is installed on my new computer
