I've tried to activate my Trados Studio 2022 Freelance licence after a trial period but it failed. In my RWS profile it says that it's activated and in use. In fact, I tried to reset it, waited for 30 minutes and tried it all again (as was suggested in the forum), but I got an error message saying that there are no licences with that activation code. Again, it my RWS profile it says that the licence is in use. What else can I do to fix the issue?
