My laptop had to be reset completely and now that I reinstalled Trados it says that my license is already active on another computer. I cannot deactivate it from my RWS account, it just has a label Active but nothing else. How can I activate Trados subscription on my laptop again and remove the activation that was left on my computer when it was wiped out?
