Error message: "Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account." How can I resolve this?

I'm using Trados Studio 2022 and trying to update a plugin. When I click the notification in Studio to update and download the plugin, I get the following error message when I enter my RWS ID and password: "Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account." How can I resolve this?

    Are you using the same email to log into Studio as the one you used in your RWS Account to purchase Studio?  Elisa is suggesting you may not be and that be the cause of your problem.  When you purchase Trados Studio the cloud account for Trados is normally linked to that email.

    If this still makes no sense to you let us know and we'll log a case for you.
