Help deactivating/reinstalling Trados Studio 2021

I had a new hard drive installed on my laptop because the previous one suffered damage and I lost the programmes that were installed on it. I now have a new hard drive installed and need to reinstall my Trados Studio 2021 license on it. I was told that the only way to do this is by requesting technical assistance through this page. I look forward to the tech team's response so I can get the issue solved.
