Licence non recognize on my computer but activated

Hi,
I am facing a problem with Trados 2022, that has been solved a few weeks ago for Trados 2021.
In fact, I have a problem to activate the licence on my new computer.
I am using the second licence of SDL Trados Studio 2022. 
On the website it indicated me 1 licence still available. I then installed Trados on my computer, but any time I try to activate the licence on I have the following message: "Could not activate the licence - No licences are currently available for the specified activation code." 
And in fact on the website no more licence is available. It says that the second licence has been activated today. 
The last time one of your tecnician solved the problem connecting himself to my computer with remote control. I imagine the same thing needs to be done again.
