Problem moving licence from old laptop to a new one.

Dear Support Team,

I have a problem moving my Trados Studio Perpetual licence to a new laptop from my old one.

I have deactivated the licence on my old laptop. When I now launch Trados Studio on the old laptop a pop-up window appears stating that my licence has expired and asks me to activate the the product (so it looks like that the deactivation was succesful). But even though I wasn't able to activate Trados Studio on the new laptop my RWS account says that I have activated my licence yesterday (22-03-2024). I'm really confused now as I need Trados Studio on a daily basis. And now I have Trados Studio on my old laptop not working and on my new laptop running in trial mode.

I also tried resetting the licence but that didn't work either. I tried offline deactivation as well but didn't succeed either.

Please help me out as I'm really confused and worried.
