Deactivation and reset of license on old PC / Re-activation on new PC

In my attempt of transferring the license to my new PC, I deactivated and reset my license in my AWS account which, however, proved unsuccessful when copying and pasting the offline deactivation ticket text into the "deactivation certificate" field and an error message occurred instead. Accordingly, the license manager in the AWS account still shows the links for a deactivation of the license, as follows:

while, at the same time, the account says on the new computer that the license is not active in the first window showing upon opening the app, while the "licenses and subscriptions" tab reads that the application is in use all the same.

What would be your recommendation as to how I should proceed to successfully transfer my Trados license to the new PC and hence be able to use it in translations there from as soon as possible?
