I'm getting the following error message when attempting to deactivate my license:
"Deactivation failed. Could not revoke this license. Could not connect to the activation server." Etc.
I've spent over two hours on this going round in circles. I've tried the Offline Deactivation approach but I get a similar error message. I've tried resetting my license.
Strangely, in my RWS user account page it shows my license as being activated on today's date, yet I've had it for years.
It's hugely frustrating as I need to migrate to my new laptop. Hoping for a fast resolution, thanks.
The version I want to migrate from is:
SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance
SR1 - 14.1.10018.54792
