My old computer on which Trados Studio 2021 was installed crashed. So I was not able to deactivate my license from within the program.
I installed Trados Studio 2021 on my new computer, but the deactivation/resetting of the license via the portal failed.
I received the following error message:
An error has occurred
An email has been sent to the system support team to notify them of this error.
If you require support please use your support account or report the problem in the “Licensing & Installation” forum in the RWS Community.
In the meantime please try reloading / refreshing this page.
Could you please tell met how to proceed?
