My laptop died suddenly so I bought a new one and am trying to deactivate my Trados Studio 2019 freelance licence on my old laptop in order to be able to activate in on my new one.
As I can't deactivate online on my old laptop, I tried deactivating offline in my RWS account, but I continue to receive an error message after entering the deactivation ticket received by email and clicking Confirm deactivation.
