Hi! When I bought SDL 2017, it came with a 'free upgrade to SDL 2019 on release of the new version'. I have never received any specific activation code for SDL 2019 though and can't activate it with my SDL 2017 activation code either.
Now I need the 2019 version (or higher) for a client. How can I activate SDL 2019 which I bought bundled with SDL 2017? Thanks!

I could not find any free upgrade to Trados 2019 in your account. Please note that you did not purchase Trados 2017, you actually purchased upgrades only up to Trados 2015 Freelance Plus and then you received a free upgrade to Trados 2017 Freelance Plus (please see your latest free order from 2016).
