I can't reset my licence (after licence verification fail)

I worked flawlessly with Trados Studio Professional (2019 SP2) this morning. Then, I had to shut down my PC and when I restarted it an hour later and tried to open Trados Studio, the licence verification failed. I received the following error message: “Demo version lapsed [37]”. I accessed my SDL account and entered my licence (or activation?) code, but then I received the message that no licence was available under the entered activation code.

I contacted your colleague via the chat and she told me to reset the licence (sent me this link: Cannot start Trados Studio: "Active License: Licensed", "Active License: Evaluation Expired [37]" or "Active License: Not Licensed" (sdl.com))

 

When I tried resetting the license as described at the website, I got the message: An error has occurred. An email has been sent to the system support team to notify them of this error.

If you require support, please use your support account or report the problem in the “Licensing & Installation” forum in the RWS Community. In the meantime please try reloading / refreshing this page.

 

Could you please help me to reset and/or re-activate my licence?
