I cannot activate my license (subscription)

Hello,

yesterday, I purchased a 12-month Trados Freelancer subscription. The order was processed normally, payment was collected, and an invoice was issued. However, the subscription doesn't have subscription date of activation and expiry date and I cannot find any code to activate the license on Trados. See screenshot:
