Hello everyone. I am going to purchase the update to Trados 2022, but when I enter my VAT number for the purchase, the system does not let me go forward as it says my VAT no. is not valid.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Have you checked your VAT number in VIES https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation? If it is not valid there, it won't be in our system either.
