I know this questions has been asked before, and I did try the solutions provided previously -- much appreciated btw. However, none of the solutions seem to work for me. When I click on the software, there's just a small ring circulating all the time. Urgent help needed! Because I am doing a test, supposed to finish in 2-3 hours. Now one hour has passed, and I even haven't got the software up and running!
