Reset wrong licence.

I deactivated my licence. Then I activated it on new computer. Everything ran okay. Then I changed the name of my computer and when I started Trados it asked me to finish activation and I did. Then I saw that both my licences are activated and asked the chat support to help me. They gave me the possibility to reset two licences - the one activated on 25 March and the one activated on 27 March. I reset the last one, which I believe was a bad decision because my active licence now refers to the previous name of a computer which was changed. And now it is not possible to deactivate it. I kindly ask for the help of support to be able to get the licence.
