Yes, I still need your assistance because under "Licenses" tab of my account I still see that I have no license left. How can I reactivate one of them for my desktop PC? Thanks a lot in advance

I wanted to let you know that our technical team has reset the license activations. You can easily download the installer by accessing your RWS account, navigating to the Products&Plans section, and clicking on the Downloads tab. To activate the software, simply copy the activation code from the Licenses tab.

I've downloaded the software and tried to activate it with the activation code but the system says that it is impossible to connect with the activation server.
