New license inactive

I purchased a new subscription for Trados Studio Freelance L1 on March 28, 2024 (order number: 740951). However, my RWS Account incorrectly claims that the subscription has expired on March 30, 2024. This is the expiry date of my old subscription. In my RWS Account, both the new and old subscriptions have the same activation and expiry dates.

Currently, I am not able to use Trados or even log into my account when I open the software. I have previously filed a support case with the number 00844894 on the same matter. However, when I filed this case, I was still able to use the software but not anymore.

I would appreciate it if this matter could be solved quickly as I have approaching deadlines.



Update: The problem just solved itself. No further assistance needed.
