can't activate SDL 2022

Hi,

I offine logged out my SDL 2022 (see the attachment), however, in the license status, it shows that i have 1 in use (see the attachment), thus i failed to activate my SDL 2022 again. Please help fix my license issue. My account is li*********n@gmail.com

Trados Studio error message stating 'The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product.'
