Suddenly got "License expired" message and no longer use Trados Studio 2022 on my desktop

Normally used the Trados Studio 2022 --> Failed to log in, but used any way --> "License expired" message and no longer use

Experienced many troubles (white out when trying to log in), and sudenly got  “license expired and cant use the Trados at all.

Followed the instruction on “Reset Single User Licenses as instructed before, but the trouble persists.

I have an extra activation license.

Please help what I can do to solve this problem.
