Hi there,
I've been trying to install MultiTerm 2022 (MultiTermDesktop2022_17.2.3.2795), but I get the following message:
And also my antivirus showed me this message:
"! infected file (chainerhost.exe)"
If I follow the steps to neutralize the virus, as suggested, I cannot complete MultiTerm installation.
Has anyone got the same issue? Any ideas how can this be fixed?

Firstly, please clean your PC of any viruses. Then make sure Trados 2022 is installed and up to date (you can check that from Trados, Help - Check for updates). Then retry installing Multiterm 2022. If the problem persists, please let us know and we will submit a case with our technical team for you.

Thanks for your swift response. I've already run different antivirus on my PC and no viruses were found. I even run the antivirus on the chainerhost.exe file specifically, and no virus was found. My Trados 2022 is updated (I've installed it today). I downloaded Multiterm 2022 again, and when I tried to install it, and I still get the same error.
Are there any options I could try?
