Product activation

A couple of hours ago I purchased Studio 2022.

Everything installed OK.

My RWS Account (RWS ID) says that my product is active and activated BUT when I open Trados, the system is asking for an activation code (when RWS ID says the product is activated!). I can't find any activation code anywhere, either in emails or by following system instructions.

I urgently need the system to work!
