Deactivaton of Studio 2017 not completed

Hi, my laptop is not working properly. Apparently the hard drive has registry errors, and I need to take it in for repair. Before that I wanted to deactivate my SDL Trados Studio 2017 Professional license with the online option, but i couldn't, so I tried the Offline option, I generated the Deactivation Authorization and put it in Trados to do the deactivation, the Deactivation Certificate was generated and I put it on the web page, when I pressed the Confirm Offline Deactivation button I got an error telling me to try again. I went back to Trados and by mistake I closed the Offline Deactivation window, and upon exiting it told me that the deactivation had been completed and took me out of Trados and now I cannot log in. I already checked the license online and it still says 0 available. How can I recover my license to reinstall it once I solve the problems with my laptop?
I also want to mention that this whole process was very time consuming because at this moment with anything I do on the laptop I constantly and repeatedly get a system error window and that surely that was the cause of the process not being completed in the correct way.
