Hi - I recently purchased Trados Studio Freelance Plus. Surprisingly, I did not receive any email with an activation code.
I logged in to my RWS account and under Licences there is a long number of approx 30 digits beginning with 3287 and ending in f. I presume this is the activation code although it does not say that.
I tried activating the licence on my main laptop using that number and that seemed to work.
However, when I tried to use that number to activate the licence on my other laptop I just get a message stating that the code is not valid.
Do I need a different activation code and if so where do I get it?
