RWS does not provide basic support

I am with Trados since number 3. My old e-mail address was cancelled, so I changed the login e-mail. However, the system does no recognize my licences, and my Trados Studio 2022 does not have basic features. I do not know whom I should call, message or request help, because RWS keeps sending me to groups, amd I do not know where to ask for help. can anyone please find a RWS person that can help me?
