Trados cannot be deactivated by prompting me the message "Failed to install RMS License string Error ID: 210144" when I press the button "Deactivate". Then, it asked me to restart the software. After it restarted, trados was still activated, and the OOS showed me that the trados license is still in use. My drive C has little space available, so I need to reinstall the system. Is anyone able to tell me what to do?
