We are an LSP working remotely (through VPN), using a network license server for Studio 2017, which should have 3 available seats for our Project Managers to use when needed. For a couple of days now, 2 of our PMs cannot connect to the network license, they receive the License expired error or the one saying there are No more seats available, when actually there should be. 3 of my colleagues are able to connect, so it is quite strange.
The IT company we use for support has tried to reinstall Studio on their PCs and resetting the license in order to free all seats. This has worked in the past, but it is not working now.
Do you have any idea what could help?
