When I open Passolo 2022, I have problem with license

Hello,

I have problem with my Passolo 2022.

When I open Passolo 2022, I get this message:

Error message in Passolo stating 'Cannot find license information' and 'Licensing error: Error acquiring license.' with options to Retry, Product Activation, or Cancel.

When I click 'Product Activation' I get this message:

Error message in Passolo stating 'Could not load file or assembly 'System.Memory, Version=4.0.1.1' with an OK button.

I downloaded License Server Manager:

Trados License Server Manager application details showing company as SDL Limited, installation date, and version number.

It still doesn`t work. Should I do anything more?
