So my old computer had a screen issue and was sent away to service. In the meantime I installed Trados Studio 2022 and used the trial version. When the computer returned from service, it turned out that they had changed the entire screen and all my old programs were gone, including Trados Studio 2022 where my full version was installed and with license activated. So now on the new computer after the trial had ended, it was not possible to activate my purchased license for Trados Studio 2022 since it had already been done. But now I cannot activate my license on either computer and cannot use Trados (even though I have indeed purchased the product and do have a license code). I am wondering how I can solve this issue without having to re-purchase Trados Studio 2022 again
