The upgrade path from Trados 2017 has been closed for a couple of years now. I've noticed in your RWS account that you also have the Trados Freelance Plus 2021 version. If you're interested in getting the latest Trados 2022, you can consider upgrading from Trados 2021 to Trados 2022: RWS Account (sdl.com).
Please note that if you decide to purchase an upgrade to Trados 2022, you receive Trados Studio 2024 FREE on release.
