I see that in your other account you have a Trados 2021 Freelance Plus license. If you are able to use it temporarily, please do. If you need a license reset for it, please let us know.

Hi I can't use the Trados 2021 Freelance Plus. It's asking for a license and I am still unable to log in and use my normal (subscription) account,
