My computer was broken thus not being able to get into windows system, and this is the reason I didn’t deactivate my Studio 2019 before I reinstalled the os.
Now I’ve reinstalled the os and tried to reset my license to activate Studio 2019 again , but every time I tried to do so the page showed “An error has occurred.”
I wonder if there is someone who happens to know the solution to this situation. Thanks so much in advance.

Now I could use my Studio 2019 as an activated user.
