Good afternoon, I had Trados 2019 and I have just bought the latest upgrade to Trados 2022. The problem is that I cannot install the upgrade since some months ago I changed my laptop and I haven't reinstalled nor reactivated Trados '19 on my new device.
Could you please tell how to go about this issue?

You do not need to reinstall Trados 2019. Simply process the upgrade from your account, Products and Plans - Licenses and the license code for Trados 2022 will appear. Once you process the upgrade, you won't be able to use Trados 2019 anymore. Trados 2022 can be installed from your account, Products and Plans - Downloads.
If you would still like to use Trados 2019 and process the upgrade later, please let us know, so that we can submit a case for resetting the license.
