Upgrade a client to TradosStudio 2021 SR2 16.2.12.9338

Question

One of our Trados users received via notification that a new upgrade was available. (TradosStudio2021SR2_16.2.12.9338.exe) 
 We could install this upgrade on her laptop, but when starting up, she received the following error: 
 
 Base on a support chat I removed project.xml in C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Studio 2021\Projects 
 As result the following error accured: 
 
 The license server SVMTRAVOS02 seem to be working fine:

Please let me know how to solve this issue.

 Have you tried a Trados reset (Workaround 2): https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001414?

 The issue is most probably caused by the License Manager version installed on the server. Please install the latest version which will overwrite the previous one: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2022/Licensing/SR2_CU10/LicenseServerManager17.0.648.exe
