Why can i not install the Sdl.Community.MTCloud.Provider PLUG IN for Trados 2019 on a laptop where i also have Trados 2017 installed? According to the attached image it does not recognize 2019 being installed. I already did the obvious of restarting the computer to no avail :-) does it have to do with the activation? Should I deactivate it for 2017? Is that the problem, you think? Please advise. Thanks. Claudia
