The installation ID on the activation certificate *1CZ FPLZ KMYJ 7KEQ is not the same as shown in the box when entering the activation certificate on the computer I am using *185 QSHH ECZ8 6CQW and I am unable to change it in the activation box. As a result, although my licence information on my account shows that I it is in use, I can neither activate it or deactivate it.
