I have studio 2022 and the laptop shut down accidentally then I tried to open it and in vain as the below error message appeared and studio does not work
shall I send to RWS to reset my license or how to overcome this issue

Thank you for your reply, actually after many search yesterday, I found these articles, applied them and now studio is working well.
But anyone has encounter such problem should also rename the folder not only xml files.
