Trados Studio 2022 SR2/Trados Freelance Personal subscription stopped working

My Trados Studio 2022 SR2/Trados Freelance Personal subscription, which I have been using for about a week now, suddenly stopped working, claiming that I have "Reached the maximum allowed concurrent activations '1' for your subscription. / Deactivate other Studio instances or consider upgrading your subscription."

I have not switched computers or anyhing to suddenly warrant this. I have tried to find a way to reset/deactivate-reactive my subscription thought the account page ("Licenses and subscriptions"), but there simply is no such option. The help window for resetting a license simply redirects to this same page without any reset button that is supposed to be there.

This is quite unacceptable for a very expensive product. I have urgent outstanding translations due tomorrow. Please address this as as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
